Welcome to ZBF SACCO. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, and financial services, including savings, loans, and investments, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. ZBF SACCO is a registered Savings and Credit Cooperative domiciled in Zimbabwe. Our services are provided for the benefit of registered members and may include deposit-taking, loan provision, investment facilitation, and related financial services. Access to and use of our services is subject to compliance with Zimbabwean law and regulations governing cooperative societies, banking, and financial services. All information provided on our website, applications, or by our staff is for general informational purposes and should not be construed as financial advice.
To become a member of ZBF SACCO, you must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our membership guidelines, complete all required registration procedures, and provide accurate and truthful information. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Unauthorized access or sharing of account details is strictly prohibited. ZBF SACCO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
All savings, deposits, and investments held with ZBF SACCO are subject to our internal policies and applicable laws. Interest rates, dividends, and investment returns are determined in accordance with SACCO regulations and may fluctuate based on market conditions, operational performance, or legal requirements. Loan applications are subject to approval and may require collateral, guarantors, or additional documentation. Members must repay loans according to the agreed schedule, and failure to do so may result in penalties, legal action, or reporting to credit bureaus, as permitted by law.
Members agree to provide accurate information for all transactions, loan applications, and account management activities. ZBF SACCO may collect, store, and process personal and financial information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Members and users consent to the collection and use of their information for operational, regulatory, and legal purposes. ZBF SACCO will take all reasonable measures to safeguard member data, but members are responsible for protecting their account credentials and promptly reporting any suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.
The use of ZBF SACCO services is at the user’s own risk. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, ZBF SACCO makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content or service. The SACCO is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to financial losses, missed investment opportunities, or technology disruptions.
ZBF SACCO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or content at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically, and the updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of ZBF SACCO services shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Zimbabwe. Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts in resolving any such disputes. Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights provided to members under Zimbabwean law or applicable consumer protection regulations.
By using ZBF SACCO services, members and users acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and ZBF SACCO regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements, understandings, or communications. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
